Meet Our Team
Priscilla is our Managing Director and Licensee-in-Charge, she has an extensive 23-year background in the property industry. Priscilla has always had a passion for property and people. She is a licensed Real Estate and Strata Managing Agent and has been a prominent name in the strata industry in the Illawarra since 2008. Priscilla has worked for large corporate companies in the past and always felt that something was missing, the personal relationship with clients, and the flexibility to cater to the clients. It is because of this that she decided to do it her way and branch out on her own… and she has never looked back. Priscilla strongly believes in delivering exceptional customer service.
SHANE HILL Director
Shane is a co-owner of Hill Strata Solutions. Born and raised in the Shellharbour area, Shane served in the Royal Australian Navy for seventeen years as a fully qualified Avionics technician. Shane has been on some big trips on the recently retired ship HMAS Melbourne having travelled to Hawaii, China, Japan, Korea, Guam, Fiji and Tonga serving our country. Shane is a licensed Strata Managing Agent. He retired from the armed forces in 2020 and now manages our Accounts and HR Departments.
DEBBIE KOMINKOVSKI Licensed Strata Manager
Debbie is a Licensed Strata Managing Agent and is a well-known name in the Illawarra strata industry. She joined our team in 2020 and brings with her over 15 years of experience in strata management. She has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in managing small and large schemes, residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes. Debbie has built great relationships with her clients and provides exceptional customer service.
HELEN LOUIS Licensed Strata Manager
Helen is a Licensed Strata Managing Agent who joined the team in October 2021. She has been in the strata sector for over 10 years now and has a great reputation for exceptional customer service and professionalism. Helen loves what she does, and it really shows through her dedication and enthusiasm.
REBECCA PROKOP Strata Manager
Rebecca joined the team in September 2022 and comes to us with an extensive 20-year career in Property Management. Rebecca has taken to strata like a duck to water, and has made a great impression on her clients. She is efficient, responsive and learning very quickly.
HERLYN STYMAN Strata Assistant
Herlyn joined the team in July 2023 and has an extensive 20-year background in strata management in the Illawarra. Herlyn is a Licensed Strata Managing Agent and has been a strata manager for a number of years, so we find ourselves extremely lucky to have someone with such extensive experience assisting us in the management of the portfolios.
PAIGE SCIOSCIA Strata Assistant
Paige is the newest member of the Hill Strata family, commencing in early 2024. Paige is learning all the ropes of the strata management industry and is eager to build her knowledge and experience by working closely alongside our Director Priscilla Hill. Paige will be working towards becoming a fully licensed Strata Manager in the coming years.
GERALDINE RYAN Strata Assistant
Gerry has extensive experience in the property industry and comes to us from the property management industry. She is a breath of fresh air in the office with her British banter and colourful sayings that keep us all guessing. Gerry’s customer service is exceptional and she does an amazing job at assisting the clients and all of the staff.
CAITLIN FITZGERALD Receptionist
Caitlin joined the team in June 2022 and is the friendly face that will greet you when you come to our office. She is very well-liked by our clients for her very friendly nature, her prompt action and her willingness to assist as best she can in the absence of the strata managers.
