As a family-owned enterprise, our roots are embedded in a legacy of commitment, expertise, and a genuine dedication to exceptional service.

With an extensive background and a licensed Real Estate and Strata Managing Agent, Priscilla's story within the industry began in 1998 at the young age of 16. Her formative years were spent cultivating her skills and knowledge within a family Real Estate business. This invaluable experience exposed her to the multifaceted realms of the property industry, encompassing office administration, management, sales, and property management.

However, it was Priscilla's transition into the Strata sector that ignited her true passion. Having worked in large corporate environments previously, she sensed a void – a longing for deeper connections with clients and the ability to offer personalized, flexible solutions tailored to their needs. This realization spurred her journey to forge a different path, one driven by a desire to redefine the standards of strata management, placing emphasis on individual relationships and bespoke client-centric services. After serving 18 years in the Royal Australian Navy, Shane retired from the Defence Force to support his wife in following her dreams and helping create her vision.
